    Hi!,

    Something happened: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘/home/customer/www/xn--niodelaselva-bhb.com/public_html’ : Document is empty

    I am getting this error message on the checkout of my website. I have seen several SOAP-error messages on the forum however not this one specific.

    A question I got from a previous topic> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/soap-error-parsing-wsdl-couldnt-load-from/#topic-14164638-replies SOAP.wsdl_cache_enabled setting is set as “yes” on my hosting cpanel. I have a status report from woocomeerce, everything looks fine but I can share with someone if needed for help.

    What would you suggest to check on this case?

    Hi there,

    Taking a look at your site, I see the error displaying on your Checkout page here:

    Generally, plugins that call services like live shipping rates use SOAP and can experience errors like the one you are seeing.

    If you are using any shipping plugins on your site, please try deactivating them and then check to see if that resolves the error. If so, please reach out to the developers of the plugin that you are using. (Based on the page source code, it appears you are using this Mojito Shipping plugin)

    If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
