When Optimizing my database, the first group of files is not displayed corrected, and I can not clean them.

I attached a screenshot. How to fix it?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

@kennetheyoung WP-Optimize finds the plugins are not installed on your site, did you recently changed the table prefix in wp-config.php file?
