Error sending message

I’m constantly having an issue with the following error message appearing on my Contact Form 7 forms.

“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

The message appears to be happening on all forms and is very glitchy as it seems to work sometimes and at other times it doesn’t work at all.

Please can you guide me on how I can prevent this problem from reoccurring?
