Admin section is ugly

I have now tried reinstalling twice and I still have this error. Well I am assuming it is an error anyways. The admin section of my word press is very ugly. I can’t bare to look at it as it is hard to know what is what. I am assuming this is NOT how it is supposed to look. I am not sure what is causing this problem. I installed it once then thought files were missing so I re-uploaded all the files then that did not work. I downloaded the latest WP and deleted the old install and started again from the beginning. It still looks fugly.

Also another question if anyone knows. I have GoDaddy and am using the free linux server. When I use there website to try and install WordPress it says that my server type is unsupported, is this just because they want me to pay for hosting and are being jerks or what?
