@deeveearr The goal of Flying Scripts is to delay any external JavaScript files that are not needed of the initial render.
Whether your combine CSS/JS or use HTTP/2 or not, that problem is still not solved. So…
Right then, so digging around in my WP Rocket settings, there are a ton of javascripts under ‘delay javascript execution’.
If I were to copy and paste these javascripts into the ‘include keywords’ section within Flying Scripts, would that in turn reduce the requests?
@deeveearr use only one plugin to delay scripts.
Yes, I tried it alongside WP Rocket with ‘delay javascript execution’ turned off (as it was from the first post in this thread), and pasting the scripts inside Flying Scripts.
Made no difference though, there were still 56 requests in GTMetrix, so I’ll get in touch with WP Rocket to see how to reduce the requests.

Just had a message back from WP Rocket, and it seems that the increased requests count is a natural bye-product of upgrading to an HTTP2 server, whereby combining scripts is not recommended or needed.
Seeing as I also use their customised CSS for items ‘above the fold’, there would be no advantage in using Flying Scripts, as I use Perfmatters’ script manager to handle my scripts, even though the requests count leaves a little to be desired.
So I guess that the answer to the original question then, is that ‘No, I don’t need this’.
