Moving enter gift code form position in cart

    What hook or action I need to use to move the entering gift card form that found in the upper part of the cart page?
    I want to move it before the proceed to checkout button.

    How can I do this. Can you please give me more detail. I want to do the same. Is there a shortcode to do this? Because I use DIVI THEME. And how can I customize the entering gift card form?
