Restore my website

    Hi everybody,
    someone smashed my WordPress-website, everything is gone!
    All i have is a complete backup of the whole website folder including the folders wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes and the other files on my HDD.
    Is this enough to restore the website?
    How can i restore it?
