Remap categories with a CSV file | WordPress.org

Hey!
I have a website with over 900 different categories. Now I have to move the categories around and merge some of them.

I got an excel file with the old and the new names for the categories. Yet I haven’t found a way to import the new categories or bulk edit all of them.

Anyone have a solution?

I’m aware of this plugin. However my problem is that i want to move categories to a new location. I cannot create new ones, because these categories have many different products in them, and it would take multiple days to give all a new category
