Email notifications

    Hi,

    I can’t seem to get it to send any email notifications for new messages. I understand there is some kind of criteria with grouping messages per 15 minutes etc but nothing I try seems to work. I have tried sending messages when the other user in online and offline and all kinds, but no luck.

    Can you help please?
