Your amp plugin seems to be the error.

Access to your Dashboard’s Appearance page, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename or delete the directory of amp plugin.

That will let you into the dashboard.

Next, report the issue to the plugin’s developers at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/amp/

    Hi
thanks for the quick reply. I did delete the AMP plugin. I still cannot log in but it is not throwing up the errors anymore. But Whenever I use the admin login I get the page with a 404 error on it. Cannot get to the dashboard. Sometimes when I try to log in there is a problem with my credentials, which is impossible. been using the same for 4 months now. Sometimes it seems as if it is redirecting me to another link so I deleted cookies and still don’t work. the website still works but I just want to get to the dashboard to do some editing.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

thanks. finally i was able to get to my loging. then after all that work i found out what the problem was about. we all never to notice of where the problems started. It was when i transfered the site from my computer to the server. All the information on the server was overwritten by the information on my computer. So i had the same login on my Localhost on my server and i never figured it out. unbelievable!!!
