This plugin is not suitable for dropshipping, because it is not compatible with the latest version WordPress as stated in the plugin description. In the log I see errors from this plugin.

Support forum should be a place where you inform to plugin’s author about the error to debug. Here is the forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-alidropship/ Let us see this error so we will check it.
