    How can I add my Twitter page as a page on my WP blog and people can still be on my blog while viewing my twitter page?

    You could either add target="_blank" to your links so that it opens in a new window or use an iFrame, which would be kind of tacky. It may not be possible. You could use the page links to plugin to have a menu link that goes to your twitter page, but that’s the closest I can think of.
