I have problem when using this url from my site
i get the following error (“kb.nebras-dentalore.com redirected you too many times.”) (“ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”)
I am using Password protected plugin

try disable the password protected plugin (rename the plugin folder under /wp-content/plugins/)

I already did that the link worked successfully, but I need the password protected plugin to be active as I want any one hitting the url direct must enter the password but if he use it from my web site the link direct him without asking for credential.
any help ?

which plugin are you using?
you can try other password protect plugin

I use https://wordpress.org/plugins/password-protected/ without any issue
