  • Hi technono,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I guess that you refer to the Google AdSense Auto ads on your homepage. You embed the auto ads code with the Site Kit plugin. To exclude them from the homepage, please, integrate them as described in this manual and disable the auto ads code injection from Google Site Kit.

I don’t understand. I have changed nothing and, now, I have ads coming from nowhere on my homepage ?

Everything is configured in adsense to display on specific pages.

I don’t understand how I can disable the ads

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

You inject the auto ads code on your website with the Google Site Kit plugin. Please take a look at this manual to see how this code looks like.

To stop displaying auto ads on your homepage, you can do that either in your AdSense account > Ads > Auto Ads > Manage page exclusions. If this doesn’t work, I recommend embedding the auto ads code as mentioned above with Advanced Ads to ensure that this code is not getting injected into your homepage.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

Ok, I have simply disconnected adsense in the google site kit plugin….

    Hi,

I still see the auto ads code from Site Kit in the source code. Can you please also purge the caches?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi,

    caches purged

    Hi tecknono,

Thanks for the follow-up. I checked your homepage, and there is no auto ads code anymore. The auto-placed AdSense units are disappeared now, and everything looks perfect.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
