Using woocommerce as telegram paywall

Hey Community,
at the moment we are building a selling funnel. Simple WordPress Setup with woocommerce shopsystem/checkout. Question: What is the best way to add someone who purchased a Product in Woocommerce to a private Telegram Group and know that its him. It should be also possible to remove this user after a certain time. A Product is for example a membership.

Any links, plugins or use cases for some ideas tipss.
