Incorrect http header content-type: “text/html; charset=UTF-8” (expected: “application/xml”)

Started to get this error message as I just by chance looked at my GSC and its suddenly got a error and I dont know why
Ive downloaded Site Health check and turned everything off and sent the sitemap URL again and seems to be the same (not sure how long Google take to report is a site map is bad.

I use Jetpack but its SEO is turned off so unsure of why this is suddenly happening.

The XML-sitemaps.com now works but unsure of how long GSC takes to validate this
On a side note I use Autoptimise and WP Super Cache, wonder whether going to WP rocket is worth the money and does it remove the need to use Autoptimise as well?

You would need to update your Robots.txt file:
https://twinspringcoupling.com/robots.txt

Try to match it like this one
https://rankmath.com/robots.txt

Then try re-submitting the Sitemap in Google Search Console.

P.S. We do not have much experience with the caching plugins as they always cause issues on our website so we can not recommend you which one to choose. Sorry about that.

Thank you resolved the issue
No idea how it got reset to the old version as I had to manually update the robot.txt file in the file manager through the CPanel so I updated Flatsome last week so it may have done it.
I find with Inmotion hosting I cant use WC3T as it crashes my site
