It seems like the bug has been fixed in the latest version of that plugin. If after updating to the latest version the problem persists, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

Thank you very much for quick response. I am having a issue contacting author from last 7 months. Numerous emails sent but no joy, it’s nightmare. Theme was bought from Envato Market, well that was the only place from where Masterstudy LMS them can be bought. Purchase code came from Envato Market but never worked. Envato sends me to Sytlmix themses same page again and again. I sent so many emails, facebook messages, nothing. Link you just sent again asking to contact author because bug is fixed. I am using latest version of the theme and having this issue. Please advise and help me to contact the author.
There are 2 different things, that have similar names
1. The theme – Masterstudy LMS
2. The plugin – Masterstudy LMS – Management
System – that’s where the link you posted in the topic goes to and it seems like someone had this problem before using the plugin before and now it’s fixed.
Here, on these forums we can only help you with the free products – the plugin. If they say the plugin is fine, then it’s the theme…
Since you use a commercial theme (Masterstudy), please go to their official support channel regarding the theme. We feel they are best equipped to support their products. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
I couldn’t find a contact link for the author, but contacting the seller might be an option. I’m sorry you are having a hard time getting in touch with support for your product, but we can’t help much here.
