MySQL Queries

The error message reads Please edit wp-db.inc.php in wp-includes and set SAVEQUERIES to true if you want to see the queries.

I have no idea what this means,I have not found that file, my hosting was unable to find it. I saw the same problem posted a yr ago but not posted as resolved.
