Unfortunately there is no way at the moment to make a header row higher then 300px and to be honest I don’t think we will change this for a few reasons.
Could you please let me know, why would you need a header row to have a higher value then the maximum allowed one?
Based on this maybe I will be able to give you a better advice.

The header image i need to put in the header is bigger(and it needs to stay the same) and in general freedom of selecting the height of the header for customization need would be great.

Are you somehow trying to create something like this? I mean a header and a big hero image under it.
I have this setting on 300px on my site and that is just about enough. But for other designs it would not be enough like on this page:

Hi All,
i found the parameter to edit it’s in:
\wp-content\themes\blocksy\inc\panel-builder\header\middle-row\options.php
row 53 (max value of headerRowHeight)
i set it to 1500 and i’m able to make the picture big as intended.

I don’t think we will add the possibility to increase the header row height.
But, what you are trying to achieve could be done easily from the page/post title settings, please see this video.
