    We have an admin message reading as follows:

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    The contents of the debug log are as follows:

    [2021-02-25 22:41:29] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::get_account_info:144 – GuzzleHttp\Exception\ServerException – Server error response [url] https://api.constantcontact.com/v2/account/info?api_key=kawd2utg75a4aa7dgvvqzgjh [status code] 504 [reason phrase] Gateway Timeout [] []

    Both of these are obviously server errors and probably not something you all can do anything about. They’re also 4 months apart, so it doesn’t appear to be an ongoing issue. Can these be safely ignored, and if so, how do we get rid of the admin message?

    Visiting the Logs page should clear out the admin notification, and yes it isn’t a frequently recurring detail, so likely safe to ignore. The request was to check and refresh some basic contact information for the connected account, which should be getting cached for awhile anyway.

    You should be good.
