    Hello,
    for an ecommerce that I am following I did a mass 301 redirect operation. Since the URLs are too long, I have deleted the categories and subcategories from the slug. I did this operation via import csv function of the redirection plugin. The problem is that after this operation, it is impossible to add to cart the products redirects. Why? Can you help me to understand how to solve this problem? Of course I had to disable redirects temporarily for the store to work.

    Can you please send a link to an example of a product where this is happening? Although, I see that you said you disable the redirects temporarily, so that may not be helpful unless you can re-enable them at least for the product you link to.

    Also, what method did you use to create your 301 redirects (ex. htaccess, plugin, etc.)?

    Thanks for the support. I finally solved it. I forgot to edit the permalinks in addition to doing 301 redirects. 😅
