Currently it’s not possible but we have some improvements planned. In future there should be “subscription” payments available (I don’t have an ETA yet but it’s planned already).
However, I’m not sure if this would be exactly what you want as “subscription” payments are “authorize once – pay multiple times on schedule” type payments. The feature that you’re asking for sounds more like “pre-authorize” and then “charge on demand” rather than this, right?
Would you give me an example “case scenario”? I (or one of my colleagues) would then consult it with our Forminator Team to see if we are about to add it anytime soon or, if not, if we could plan it as future feature.

Thanks for the reply.
The case is pretty simple. We are offering a 10 week after school program that costs $249. But we want to charge it after 3 sessions. It’s basically an opt-out model where if they don’t like the program, they can opt-out within the first three sessions but they don’t have to hassle with a refund because we haven’t collected payment. But if they like us and continue with the program we’ll collect the fee in full on the 4th session.
So it is authorized once but the funds are collected after three days. We might charge again if they come back in future school terms. But it would not be an automatic recurring subscription. I hope that makes sense.

It makes sense of course, I just wanted to better understand the case.
I must confirm that it’s still not supported and while we do have “subscription based” payments planned, I don’t see this one on the list.
I’ve suggested adding support for such kind of payments to the plugin to our developers so they’ll look into it and hopefully will be able to implement it in future, though at this point I’m not able to give any ETA.
