Hello guys, thanks for this plugin, makes it easy to set up things fast instead of doing it the manual way.

Now, to the point, I am currently using the autocomplete function with the “posts” indexed and a custom post type with the name of “surs”, I have two search forms in both archive pages, but I have a problem; I would like to show results from the autocomplete according to the specific post type only, for example, if I am in “posts” I would like to show those, the same thing with “surs”.

I looked through the documentation, but I only found hooks about the search page and other stuff, that’s why I am asking here haha.

    Kind regards,

    Miguel

I asked my fellow developers of the plugin and they definitely said it’s probably going to be a custom solution here, but at the moment, I don’t have an exact answer of what and where to customize.

I also know we have 2.0.0 in the works which is going to be a breaking change on the javascript side, which is what powers the autocomplete, so I’m a little hesitant to recommend going deep into the current js.

Thank you for your answer Michael! I will take your advice and wait for 2.0.0.
