    Our client was reporting that they were experiencing critical errors when using square and attempting to check out. This was last year. They couldn’t seem to fix the issue and it looks like others have reported this same issue on the WP forums. I hadn’t worked on the issue myself so I’m not sure of the particulars, but it looks like there are plenty of other strings here related to this issue (see this link for reference where it wasn’t resolved). Can anyone tell me if this issue with Square has been fixed? My client would like to use it again, but I can’t seem to find anywhere saying it’s been resolved and what the solution actually is.

    Hi there!

    Can you please request them to try the latest version and then confirm if they’re still facing any errors?

    If yes, we’d be glad to further investigate this, and for that, we’ll need the following details:

    1. System Status Report:

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. A screenshot of Square settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings)

    You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    3. Any Fatal error logs they’re seeing under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button
