Input fields add to cart restriction

    Hi, this is Suleman taj. I am developing an eCommerce website for my client and my client needs size measurement so I have used the PPOM field plugin but I am facing an issue.
    1: Please open the link I have given
    2: First user select 2 years old
    3: then on clicking standard size the size measurements for body, chest, and waist appears. If I added a product into the cart then it also adds size measurement fields for 3years old and all other ages.
    I want this thing If he selects 2 years old then only 2year’s size measurement added to the cart. same for other ages and their sizes.
