Notification for specific post ID

Hi, I’m trying to create a notification to comment author for only one specific post. Is it possible to do that so an author of a comment gets a notification after comment is approved? I don’t want to do it globally for all blog posts but only for one.
I know I can create custom post type but this will mess with my permalinks and the post won’t show on a blog page.
