No confirmation on sign up

Hello having some trouble when i click send registration on my event page i have created a template with Elementor Pro and people can signup multiple times when i have checked the settings off that they cant. When they click registor the site keeps loading and loading without nothing happens. there is no pop up after they register to notify them that its confirmed??
