I am using paid version of this plugin .
i mean, instead of blocking proxy or VPN users want to show reCAPTCHA or Math challenge. Adding reCAPTCHA option will be very helpful.

Paid version of this plugin? No such thing exists currently.
This is something I am looking in to, though it wont be something that can be added in the short term because it would need to be done properly.

Further i had open a ticket in proxycheck site, they informed me by email that they will update my request to plugin developer.

proxycheck.io and this Plugin are not the same entity, there is currently no premium version of the Proxy & VPN Blocker Plugin.
Your feature request is being considered for a future update, but I have no ETA on when this will be coming.
Yes, sometime it blocks real users browsing through VPN App/web. good approach as blocking is not the option always a challenge is ideal to avoid Bot/Anonymous traffic.
