Changing font in message body

I am new to using Contact Form 7 but have successfully created a couple of forms already – great stuff.

I have one question about the email message body that one of them creates. I need to preserve whitespace in some of the text in order to format the message correctly and have put “pre” around the text. This has worked fine except it has changed the font for this bit of text!

Is there a way to add something that will allow me to specify the font to use?
