iphone images not uploading

I have setup a contact form that allows people to attach files. I have left file type blank on the basis it will allow all the main file types. I have set the file size to its maximum limit.

The issue I have is that images and videos from newer model iphones are not uploading. I saw a thread from 8 months ago about this, but the issue remained unresolved on that thread. What is the latest advice on how to resolve this issue?
