Okay, I can assume two different outcomes from your description.

1. You just want to control the stock of each item (pendants). Or,
2. You want to control the stock on each color because the length does no matter.

For #1, you can enable product-wise stock instead of variables from Edit Product > Inventory > Enable stock management at product level – https://prnt.sc/1031tly.

For #2, do not create any variations for the length attribute. Create variations for each color and keep the length to “Any option” – https://prnt.sc/1031upz.
