@sassycassie830 Are you also using the PublishPress plugin? If so, which version?
Please also let me know what browser is showing the alignment issue.
@kevinb I am using the PublishPress plugin, version 3.2.0.
I am using Chrome browser, latest version.
Thanks
Hi @sassycassie830. You’re not using PublishPress Capabilities, correct? This plugin is version 2.0.
I’ll pass this on to our team running thee other plugin.
@stevejburge @kevinb. Why would you move it to PublishPress? Kevin asked me what version of PublishPress I was using. My question is in regards to PublishPress Capabilities, which I am using the latest version, 2.0. After upgrading to 2.0, it screwed up the icon alignment for my dashboard.
@stevejburge – Because @kevinb asked me above…

@sassycassie830 The underlying issue is that PublishPress versions 3.2.0 and earlier cause the PublishPress Capabilities icon to be replaced. It seems there is another factor on your site that interacts with the corrective CSS rules to cause a misalignment.
The following development version should fix the alignment, at the expense of letting the icon be set by PublishPress. The next release of PublishPress will eliminate the issue, restoring the Capabilities icon.

You can install this using Plugins > Add New > Upload
Hi @kevinb. Thanks for responding. I tried upgrading the Capabilities plugin with the one you provided and it errored. Now it uninstalled the previous version and the new version will not install. π
@sassycassie830 Maybe something went wrong with your uploader. If you can get into FTP or the site control panel, try deleting capability-manager-enhanced out of the plugins folder. Then extract this beta version into it.
It doesn’t make sense that the code change itself would cause an error.
