Pending users are getting notification

    Hi, when setting a workflow with a specific user role to send notification they are correctly being sent, but they are being sent to the users in the correct user group, but the approval/pending status of the user is disregarder. Only approved users should receive notification for sensitive content. How to fix ?

    I was checking but I couldn’t reproduce the bug.
    Please, could you let us know if you are trying that on a multisite?
    Are you using any 3rd party plugin for user approval?

    it’s not a multisite. it also using default user roles of wordpress, but we have “User Registration” plugin installed. Anyway we fixed it in the query the plugin uses to only use approved roles
