Rock Solid Plugin, Ridiculously Easy to Use.

I’ve been at this stuff since 2007, and I have likely used hundreds if not a couple thousand plugins. This is the first one that (a) does exactly what it says it does, (b) does it without blowing up all over my shoes, and (c) is stupid-easy to use even though the concept of what it does is fairly complicated.

I had my first form with 30+ fields of all sorts done in a couple of hours without once looking at docs. The interface is exceptionally intuitive; you go to do something new and the way to do it just works the way you would expect. It does not bog down as your form gets bigger – I’ve had that happen, and UGH.

I did contact support about something that I didn’t understand in the “U.S. State” drop-down, and he didn’t just answer – he recorded a video showing me what was so and how to do what I wanted to do, and replied within a few hours. Seriously? Who gives that level of support on a plugin?

Also, it is clean, clear, and very professional looking on the user interface, and that interface performs intuitively for people interacting with the form too.

Sorry for all the blah, blah. I am just so pleased to see something this solid and well thought-out.
