    Hello

    Would it be possible to shortcode a form on a page and then below that show a history of all their past submissions?

    I want to use it as a way for students to submit their hours with notes for the required hours they have to do of taking clients. So, is there also, perhaps, a way that these forms could total a number of hours?

    I’m afraid that is not possible out of the box. However, you can check Forminator’s API https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/api-plugin-development/forminator-api-docs/ it should be helpful with developing such code.

    Forminator has a calculation field, but that is used in the form and I’m thinking that you want to calculate that from a different submitted form yes?
    If yes, then I’m afraid that would be also custom coding.
