Preview refresh on 2.9.2

    When I am previewing a post in 2.9.2 in Firefox 3.5.8 on Win XP, WordPress is not refreshing my updates. If I log out and re-edit the post it will pull the latest draft into preview. Given my manic preview writing style, this bug is driving me nuts. Please fix. Much love.
