    If I try to Upload WordPress or plugins apperas the error:

    Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file C:\Inetpub\vhosts\gira-sol.org\httpdocs\wordpress/wp-content/wordpress-2.tmp because Permission denied in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\gira-sol.org\httpdocs\wordpress\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 184

    Descarga fallida.: No ha sido posible crear el archivo temporal.

    Instalación fallida

    What’s is the solution?

    Warning: touch() [function.touch]:

    this a host security restriction
    ask them how you can get around it
    maybe by moving or creating a tmp file

    Hi,
    Contact to your server admin to give you the FULL permission of IUSR on file wordpress-2.tmp.

    thx, I have IIS too and this tip (giving IUSR full access to the wordpress folder) worked fine
