Define widgets in a customized layout

    I need to know how to define widgets in a customized layout. So far there are none as I have an individual and customized layout uploaded. I have looked for step-by-step tutorials all over, but I can’t seem to find one. I’m fluent in HTML/CSS but it’s the first time I have to work with PHP. I have no clue where to start, so I hope someone can assist me here.

    I guess you got it, but for others that might wonder: You need to define the widgets in your functions.php and add styles to them in your stylesheet.
