Whether the user answers correctly or incorrectly, is there a way I can add some info to the result once they’ve answered?

i.e. Correct! David Beckham scored a total of 25 free kicks during his career

Each question can have “Text that appears if the user got the question wrong”. This can be found on the edit question screen -> extra tab.

However, as the name of the feature implies, this content will only appear if the user gets the question wrong.

In the Quiz settings, you can enable the “Always Show Incorrect Answer Text” feature (found under the Marking tab) to make it so that this text will always appear even if the user gets the question wrong. Just note that it’s always this same text – you cannot have different text based on the answer being correcy/incorrect, so you may want to rewrite your text to something like

David Beckham scored a total of 25 free kicks during his career

    instead of your

Correct! David Beckham scored a total of 25 free kicks during his career

    Thanks for your swift reply.

I want to be crystal clear with an example:

Question: Who scored more free-kicks during their career?
    a) Beckham
    b) Messi

After answer is chosen, correct/incorrect, Beckham scored 25 free-kick goals during his career.

    Does that make sense?

Yes, that’s exactly how it works.

Set the “Text that appears if the user got the question wrong” to

Beckham scored 25 free-kick goals during his career

And then make sure that your quiz settings have “Always Show Incorrect Answer Text” so that the text will appear even if the user selects the correct answer.

If you want it to immediately show as soon as an answer is selected, then also enable “Immediately mark answer as correct or incorrect” from the quiz settings marking tab.
