Installation failed

That’s not an EME error message, but might be related to the memory settings of your wordpress php setup. See:

EME is a large plugin, so increase your memory settings, and if that doesn’t work install it manually as explained here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/events-made-easy/#installation (upload the content via ftp/… to your plugin folder).
