I suppose it is, but you need to be in touch with the Kunstwerk theme support on how to do it. The way the search results page looks like is up to your theme, Relevanssi is not responsible for it. Relevanssi just provides the results and your theme displays them the way it wants to, Relevanssi has no control over that.

We managed to put your search on our theme (which has wordpress search by default), the thing is that we would like the bar to show ajax results so we customized ivory search so that relevanssi funcionality replaces it. And as we are using berocket ajax filters we can have compatibility.
We have some issues with Ivory and Relevanssi that in some cases we don´t get the same results, do you think there is a setting to make or can you recommend other ajax bar to work with?
Now we made a test deactivating filters.
For example if we search for a term on description, it shows it on ajax thumbnail but then when we submit it doesnt show any product. And if we deactivate relevanssi over ivory it shows products.

I don’t think you can run both Ivory Search and Relevanssi at the same time without problems, since the plugins have considerable overlap. But I haven’t tried it, so I don’t know for sure. However, Ivory being involved adds enough complications that I can’t really even start to support something like that, there’s just too many possibilities for wrinkles I don’t understand.
I would recommend using SearchWP Live Ajax Search with Relevanssi, it’s a solid ajax search that does nothing else and thus has no conflicts with Relevanssi, it just adds the ajax search and has built-in support for Relevanssi.

We discovered it was an issue that we were not indexing post excerpts and now it’s working! We are testing with SearchWP to finnish setting everything and make sure we dont have a compatibility issue but as far as we tried Ivory works fine with Relevanssi and has a better CSS when displaying ajax results and also we have already customized it to fit our site. I’ll let you know when we are done if we have full compatibility.
We are having some issues with ajax filters but we think it’s filter problem.

No. Premium doesn’t, either, but with Premium you can use a stemmer that does.
