customize email fail

Hi there,

I tried to customize the email after order generated, it should send me the detail of the order, and some additional field like ‘where did you hear from us’ that customer input in the checkout form. However, the emails I received for each order are missing phone number for postal address and the additional fields.

Also, I notice that the ’email’ setting under Setting>checkout>email is greyed out in my panel. I can’t change any setting there, is that a part of premium function?

Could you help me with that, or let me know which extension I should buy to achieve that function.
