    Hi.
    im using this wonderfull plugin. when i first installed 15 days ago it was working correctly. but today when a user wanted to verify his account by input the pin, the account is not verified. it only reloads asking for the pin. we tryied to enter it like 10 times but not working. we clear cache but no results.
    at the same time usser can verify his account by clicking the link on email verification.
    we need to fix the pin problem because we see it convenient for users to enter the pin.
    in those las days i remember i updated woocommerce and wordpress to lasst version. it can be that the problem maybe.
    how can we fix the issue?
    any help would be appreciaated.

    is there a way to get rid of the pin system and only use the link on his email.
    i tryied to resVE the permalinks. but this didnt work.
    when we have an online ecommerce working this will be a huge problem that must be fixed.

    You can hide the pin in the email but there is no built in option to remove it from the verification popup

    if not please help me investigate why the pin system is not working. as we prefer the pin system then link email verification???…

    Hi @ismasn38,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. Please refresh the website cache if you use cache plugins or Cloudflare and browser cache. if the issue continues, log in to your site in incognito mode and check if it continues, if yes, it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC and Customer email verification and see if the issue continues.
