Hello

I would like to check with you how to set to download the backup to my PC disk at the time that I manually choosing to do the backup or restore it?

When I choose the option request to me to install an add on for ex. Onedrive, that I have already paying for my business, but I am not seeing the option to download the backup directly to my PC.

As a paying customer, please send your support request here – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/. This forum is for the UpdraftPlus WP.org version only.

Regarding you question though, UpdraftPlus cannot send the backups directly to your PC. However, you can install the OneDrive app on desktop and set the backup folder to sync automatically to your desktop.
