Creating Static Pages in Categories Section

Hey guys. I am not quite sure if it is going to require a load of coding. If someone is willing to help me out it would be excellent!

What I want to do is Upon clicking on a Genre (Category).. I want to have an alphabetical list of static pages (biographies), and then afterward I want be able to tie articles to the Artist’s bio..

Can someone help me out?
