Deleting Enclosures

I’m moving my podcast files from PodPress to PowerPress and I can’t import them as two episodes have multiple enclosures (just learnt that this is not allowed) that I need to rid from the feed.

I’ve deleted the files and the folder that held them on the server, I’ve removed the links to the files from the post, I’ve deleted the two posts (they are in the deleted folder in the WordPress dashboard). If you go to the site the post, podcast episodes and additional files are now all gone.

I’ve cleared the cache and pinged feedburner

When I use the PowerPress import function for PodPress It still recognises the posts and conflicts even though I’ve deleted everything preventing me from importing the podcast episodes into PowerPress.

What else do I need to do to remove these files short of jumping on a plane finding my host and hitting the server with a hammer?
