How do I change Heading

    My site is http://lawsuitfundingcorp.com/lawsuit-funding-lawsuit-advance-lawsuit-settlement/. A few different people helped me get it up, and I am not associated with them now. My problem is when you go to the site at the top of the heading where you see : Home , About Us Attorneys,Contact Us – you also see “Thank you for your request. Please enter the information below and you will get your information.” That last sentence needs to be removed from there, but I don’t know how to do so. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    try to login into ‘admin’ then click ‘pages’ ‘edit’
    and hopefully you will seee a page with that long title ‘Thank you for your request. Please enter the information below and you will get your information’
    delete it or change it to ‘draft’.
