anonymous visitor rating not working

Even though I selected “Allow everybody (logged in and anonymous)” and enable Ajax, I’m only able to vote a visitor star when I’m logged in, not anonymous.
When anonymous, and I click on a star, nothing happens.
I also noticed that when I load the page as anonymous user and Ajax enabled, I see a 404 error with:
https://tedt33.sg-host.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/751?_fields=yasr_visitor_votes&_wpnonce=406a2ebd53If I disable ajax, then I see the message “You must sign in to vote”.
