Bulk Tracking Upload with WP-Lister Ebay

Hi guys, I am trying to bulk upload tracking information via CSV, however I keep getting an “import failed due to invalid order id” error. I am currently using WP-Lister for Ebay, I can see that you are compatible with WP-Lister for Amazon and I was hoping that it would work on the Ebay version.

At the moment I have the “Use eBay Order Number” option on which comes in the format “xx-xxxxx-xxxxx”. Wondering if there is something I need to do to make it work? Thank you. 🙂
