DO you have intense debate or disqus installed? They filter the standard WordPress commenting system, and might be the cause for this.
I’ve got Echo installed, but the native WordPress comments system is also in action (for examplen in comments sidebar widget and for certain articles).
Something is filtering wordpress functions. Try disabling the plugin and see if it goes away. If so, then we’ve isolated the issue.

Hi,
Nice theme, thank you! But I have one problem. The comments icon at each article is lining up in a bad looking way. Do you know how ti resolve this?
